The necklace features a unique pendant set with a hand cut heart shaped moonstone with delicate bail and line detail. The finish of the line work on this pendant is designed to be organic and will have some small imperfections in the finish which adds to the individual nature of each piece. 

Unfortunately charms are not able to be personalised or sold individually without the chain.
